Each session is customized to give you the most effective treatment. I begin with looking at your health history questionnaire, and discussing what your goal and needs might be. I ask for your preference of music and if you have any sensitivities to scents. During the massage I don’t initiate conversation but if you would like to talk or ask questions, please do. This is your time to relax. I will however ask about the pressure or other feedback occasionally. After the massage is over just relax in the waiting room, and take time before driving. Make sure to drink lots of water to flush out toxins, and other metabolic wastes that were released during the massage, throughout the day.
