My massage sessions are based in swedish massage, but are a blending of modalities I have had training in and experienced. A Healing Journey Massage Sessioin See above for description. Hot Stone Massage Heated stones are placed on key points on body, while you are massaged with a warmed stones continuously. Deep heat penetrates muscle aches and pains, "melts" away tension. Recommended for chronic muscle aches. It's also very grounding. Hands on Healing and Prayer. ~Pure massage oils and creams with all natural ingredients- so natural you could eat it! This is very important because your skin is the largest organ, and whatever you place on it you essentially "ingest"
*I have offered 30, 60, and 90 minute massage sessions in the past but prefer to do 90 minute sessions and only offer them now.I have adjusted the rate so it is affordable for everyone.
